Hi, I was on the contraceptive pill but missed a couple over the past few months. Around 6 weeks ago, started feeling very sick, vomiting, nausea, tiredness and going off food and peeing a lot. I took a pregnancy test, one was inconclusive and then another two were negative, so I forgot all about it. The symptoms continued for the next 5 weeks, then on saturday I started bleeding very heavily mid cycle while I was still on the pill, and it cleared up on tuesday. Went to the doctor yesterday who said I had an early miscarriage at the weekend(6-8 weeks into my pregnancy) and it may have only shown up on blood tests. I took a test today which came back as negative. However, Im still feeling very nauseous and sick etc. Is this normal to still feel this way after a miscarriage? I also feel quite sad, even though I didn't know I was pregnant, and although I've only been with my partner for just over 2 years wasn't planning on a pregnancy. Thanks in advance

The same thing happened to me. I was also on birth control. I didn't miss any but I'm on progesterin only which they say can be less effective. I had to get medicine for my nausea today and I miscarried 2 days ago. I also felt the same emotions. The nausea and emotions are probably both from the hormones.
