EXTREME pain when peeing, and blood.......

So I have had an itch down there and a little odor for 2 months but I didn't understand because I am very clean down there. That stopped and now I have an EXTREME pain when I pee. I thought I started my period but I just got off my period 2 weeks ago so now I'm thinking its blood from my pee? Help!
