I have this problem but ten times worse, suffered from it since about 20 (after drinking blue wicked's and brushing my teeth too hard, gums are receeding at the sides/fronts, I also have very sensitive teeth anyway), i could have one glass and my teeth would hurt for a whole day after words, if i have 3 glasses, they hurt for pretty much a week! I have a prescription toothpaste from the dentist
which works better than sensodyne, its called Duraphat. I tried drinking a different drink (gin cocktail) then was advised by my dentist that drinking hot milk when I greet in from a night out may help, this did at first but doesn't help now. I've also heard a mouth guard will help as grinding teeth in sleep may be any issue, I'm going to try this one, and taking small drinks of water inbetween alcoholic/sugary drinks is supposed to wash away any sugar residues and help with hangovers too lol. Hope this helps x

It could be wine based margarita. That is happening to me right now. Extreme pain but I see a trend after I drink wine.

Extreme pain in all my teeth after drinking alcohol used to happen to me when I was in my 20s. My teeth were healthy and it didn’t matter the type of alcohol. Even just one beverage would do it. The pain felt like a deep cavity in every single tooth. It wouldn’t begin until the day after drinking and it would last 24 hours. It prevented me from eating anything that required chewing. I was never a big drinker. At some point around age 30 it stopped happening. No dentist or doctor ever knew what it was.

Here because this is literally what happen to me this morning!!! Had a great time last night with family, enjoy a few glasses of white wine and woke up with a HORRIBLE toothache to a point where I was nearly in tears and could barely open my mouth...... Maybe I had too much fun last night. Brushed my teeth, swished around a few caps of Listerine (especially in the irritated area), took 2 BC Powders and in a about 30 mins the majority of the pain was gone. Still a little sensation in the area but, nowhere near as bad as it was.

I have the exact same problem but still can't explain why.
Whenever I drink Moet champagne, I find it difficult to eat afterwards because my teeths become extremely sensitive, when I drink I can"t eat properly for about 1 or two days I just turn to tale Yogurts and others.
I experience the exact same feeling too when I take lemon or lime juice .

Had the same problem, but noticed instant and great relief after chewing sugar free gum with xylitol. Then researched xylitol and all products with it, like mouthwash for dry mouth and rinses. It works!
