I turn thirteen this August 2nd and.. before I go back to school I really want to be skinnier. I weigh about 120 pounds and I'm 5'4". I love and participate in ever sport possible so I'm extremely active. I run one mile every two days and my stomache is still jiggly. I really want it flat and I want my thighs smller. My parents won't allow me to use any weightloss programs or anything, so.. I need so serious tips! Please, write down anything you know.<3
It's good that you're very active and exercise a lot. Make sure you're getting the right nutrition and plenty of water!
