As the title says i have a extremely fast metabolism! Got it from my mum... when she was young she could eat heaps of food especially junk food and not put on any weight!...
I am 27, 6'2" and weight about 73kg... when i was between 18-23 i weighed about 80kg as i was very active and had a large appetite. I then went into graphic design and was sitting behind a pc for 8+ hrs a day... been doing that for the last 5 years... over that time i found that i have lost weight and my appetite has become funny... i am always hungry but when i do eat i usually find that i can t eat as much as i used to... i also have become more health conscious and avoid junk foods, but am concerned that most of the healthy food is not giving me the fat and energy i need... often if i dont get enough food into me i start to feel faint and get a headache! i have been to the doctor for blood tests and they all say i am 100% healthy (checked thyroid etc...)..
anyone have any ideas on what type of foods i should be eating given my metabolism? would protein shakes help? ps. i dont deal well with dairy...
