faint +ve preg test with normal bleeding but still have pregnancy symptoms

Hi

After 4 days of missed period, I took a pregnancy test.  It came back faint +ve twice.  but after 10 days of msd period, i started bleeding.  it lasted for 2 days.   It now heavy also not like spotting.  It did not look like a normal period bleeding, no clots, no tissues.  It was like diluted blood.   but still i am experiencing pregnancy symptoms, having tender breasts, very fatigued and tired, back pain, increased hunger and thirst, feeling very sleepy.  I'm confused as of what is happening with me.  please advice
