Thanks I found out that B12 is water soluble, and thus it is harmless.

I get these symptoms to when I get a bad migraine so it should be completely normal. what people don't realize is migraines can have symptoms a month before you have one that can get progressively worse until you finally get the migraine at this point they will slowly or completely go away

What does it feel like when you faint and when does it usually happens because I have low iron levels so when ever I stand up after sitting for a while or when my irons really low sometimes minutes my vision blurs, my entire body tingles and I become incredibly weak to the point where I have to lay on the ground which is probably a good thing because on the occasion I faint I'm already on the ground

Hello, I just read your comment and can say that I can relate. I have almost the same symptoms, the first time I fainted in the shower was about 2 1/2 yrs ago. The paramedics said my heart beat was very slow 42, I was extremely fatigued the weeks before, as I am always tired. I was taken to the ER and monitored all day, and they said it was the hot shower, which was not the case, because when I woke d up I did not just jump up in the shower; it took me almost ten minutes from getting up from bed to being in the shower. In June following this, I had a severe headache in which I felt that my brain was coming out of my skull, the pressure in my head and behind my eyes was terrible. I was back again in the ER and given meds for migraine and sinus infection. No tests. In December, I woke up with the most horrible headache of my life, cold sweats, blue lips all day, the headache continued, and I went to see the ENT thinking it is sinus related. After a CT scan she said it was not, I need to see a neurologist and do an MRI. Of course, the Neurologist would not give me one, I still had the headache, I used to feel like my brain was covered under water and terrible pressure. Finally, she agreed to the MRI, the next day after I did it, she called and said they found in it that I had partially empty sella turcica and Intracranial Hypertension. I missed many days from work due to this because it was disabling me, they refused to take me out of disability until the spinal tap was done and I could be treated (several weeks later), I almost lost my job, so, of course I became stressed. The spinal tap was normal, she suggested the psychiatrist as well and that offended me too. I requested a second opinion, of course it had to be under the same insurance, got another MRI with dye this time, the same result, another spinal tap and wait for it, ER visits in between, missed work, stress that I loose my job. The same response: nothing is wrong with you, go to mental therapy. I explained that actually besides the health issue and stress at work, I was at the happiest point of my life. She refused me to take me off work for a while when I said I agree to the therapy just to show that I take her advice, she said she could not take me off work. She put me on anti seizure meds, and thank God, the most horrible headaches are almost gone. I have been loosing a lot of weight without trying, I have been passing out numerous times, and for the past 5 weeks, I had a constant headache all over, bad, but I refuse to call the Neurologist, or go to the ER again, I am tired of the same thing and being looked upon like I am crazy. Now, for about two weeks I have pain behind my left eye, both eyes have red veins in them, but the left one is pretty red. They are all related. It can not be sinusitis because I do not have the symptoms for it and I had surgery last year to fix the problem. I am looking for a good neurologist in my area and will pay out of pocket just to look over my MRI's and CT scan and get a different opinion than that of my insurer. I don't wish this on anyone, please keep fighting, if we do not advocate for us, nobody would take us seriously. Like I tell my doctors: I know my body better than anybody, when I need therapy and counseling or I am depressed, I call you because I want to be well in order to function and to continue working.
Stay well and God bless!

One more thing I forgot to mention in my previous comment: I started to have tingling in the toes of my left foot, which could be related to the low back problems that I have. But this morning, my right hand started tingling all over, then just the fingers in it, and then the left hand fingers. It continued for about 15 minutes. I considered calling my doctor's office, it was 6 AM, but then, based on my previous experience with them, I decided to wait and watch. I am a 51 yrs old white woman, take meds for cholesterol, blood pressure, so, hopefully it is going to be ok. I will consider calling or going to ER if the symptoms return, as I have been having also dizziness lately when bending by head just looking down, but for now, I am waiting.
Take care of your health, especially if you are younger. The sooner you get an answer the sooner you will be treated and nobody will tell you that it is because of your age.

Have your physician prescribe the drug Lamotrigine. Your symptoms sound like mine and this drug has helped me a
lot.

This is anxiety disorder my dear.... Some people even vomit every day after work.
There is one thing you should know: NOTHING bad can happen to you! It is only anxiety attack and if you know it is coming, concentrate on your breathing. That is all. You will learn to manage it. You will not die from this. You could go to a counselor....she/he will give you very good tips and you will learn to love with it. You will not be scared anymore.
