One morning (granted I had been partying/drinking HARD the night before) I woke up and was completely normal -- not even hung over -- I was playing some video games and then i felt it -- a small sharp pain in the side of my head... and then I instantly knew something was wrong, I became very scared/anxious, and VERY confused...
I started walking around my roomates room and not even talking to her -- very scared / confused -- so she took me to the balcony for some fresh air...where I just sat there... not talking...very confused and scared for some reason....and then the next thing I know I lost consciousness, I fainted and passed out... and when I awoke I was incredibly scared/confused/anxious and totally not feeing myself -- rapid heart rate, tingling in the hands, etc.
At the hospital they did urine, blood, and even a CT scan -- everything came back normal. WHAT was this ?
since this has happened I have been having almost constant head aches .... can someone please help ?
IT is now 1 week later - the head ache on the side of the head is still there... what should i do ?

Hey I hope your feeling better. This sounds like a classic anxiety attack.
A very similar thing happened to me. I was sitting in a lecture the day after a night of heavy drinking and all of a sudden my stomach started to spasm. I became very confused and could not control my thoughts. I was convinced I was dying and every thing started going white.
Unlike you I received medical attention during the episode so they were able to properly diagnose an anxiety attack. Being hungover can make you more suseptible to anxiety attacks and like my episode it can be triggered by something harmless but unexpected. Often times after your first one you are much, much more likely to have another attack. It can also increase your baseline level of anxiety. This may explain why your head still 'hurts'. This sounds silly but there's probably a good chance the pain is in your head (excuse the pun). You have just become anxious about the pain so you are constantly telling yourself there is a pain on the side of your head. That sounds crazy but trust me it is entirely possible.
If I were you I would talk to your physician and explain everything to him. He can double check there isn't a serious reason for the pain in your head and put some of your worries at ease.
