hi i am 21 year old girl and i recently met with an accident in april and was on bed for 3 months till june ending because i got a serious multiple ankle fracture with 4 ligaments torn....hence i was on bed only cause of which i gained weight....since my childhood i always had gastric trouble and was always swollen near the stomach due to heavy gas....now as i was on the bed for such long time i got fat obviously and the gas in my body also increased alot....i was 36-34-36 before and now i am 37-38-38.....i even started having constipation problem since i started walking after the accident......all my dresses are tight....i am having constant respiration trouble cause of my heavy and big stomach...i cannot do walking as i am still walking with a limp in my leg and i am prohibitted from walking more than required till november......i am feeling so depressed cause of my body now.....i stopped eating as well yet my stomach size is just not decreasing....kindly help my with a proper solution to decrease my stomach and reduce the gas and my breast are also now very saggy and fallen apart and increased in size.....please do reply me with a solution to reduce breast size and stomach size and gas in my body.......waiting for a reply...thanks

Sorry to hear about your fractured ankle and ligament problems.  So you gained weight from having to be in bed for so long and you have gas (digestion problems).  Sounds like you need a change of diet.  Before you do that you might want to do a gastroinestinal cleanse.  Clean out all that stuff that is producing all that gas and causing bloating.  There are a number of cleanses on the market and I suggest to choose an all natural product of your choice.  Then you can introduce healthy foods such as lean meats and fresh veggies and fruits.  Keep your caloric consumption to around 400 calories per meal.  You might want to start off with oatmeal for breakfast because it contains soluble and insolubel fiber that keeps you gut clean.
