For about the last year I have had what appear streaks of an opauque to off white faty matterin little clumps on a larger hard stool.
To preface, i take a heavy dose of pain meds and have to take biscodyla nd a sennaccaa stool softener. At times the stool is too large for me and i need to digitally break it up a bit for it come out. When I pull my finger out a could have up to about 1/2 teaspoon the comes out with my finger.
Some days its a lot heavier but it ha[[ens with each BM. I had the same issue before the laxatives and opiates but its getting a bit of a common thing.
