Hi, I feel fat and I don’t know how to feel satisfied with my look, when despite my efforts to exercise ad stick to healthy diet, I still have to many pounds.
Hi, have you considered changing your strategy and choosing another diet and exercise program? If one approach is not working for you I believe it would be the best to look for another one. Feeling fat is subjective feeling, you need to know what other people think as well, to determine if you are exaggerating. s your body mass index O.K.? If you can walk, run and perform all other kind of activities normally, you have to deal only with your feeling of fatness. Try to accept yourself as you are, and don’t wish you were somebody else.
