I've smoked a few times before and it was great, never had any problems, just laughed and chilled out. But I smoked last night and I freaked out and had a panic attack. I convinced myself I was going to die, and thought I'd learned the meaning to life. I could feel my heartbeat and it was beating very very fast, or at least I thought so. Anyways, I called my brother who's kinda a pothead and he picked me up and got me to fall asleep. Today I woke up and I feel out of it and kinda jittery, also have a headache and experiencing some dizziness. Just wanted to know if this is common, or if I can do anything to reduce the effects?

Sounds like your having some serotonin problems. Get some ginger tea, ginger is a serotonin antagonist and should help you feel better. Cannabis is really hit or miss when you buy it off the streets. Sometimes different strains make me feel anxious or stranger than usual. That could be the case for you, some bad herbs. Who knows, hope you feel better tho
