Feeling fat and ugly @ 140.8 pounds

I hate my fat pregnant body i need to get these two baby twin girls out of me i can't for the 9 month to be up. To get rid of this fat overweight ugly body but about an hour ago i passed out and went to the hospital my girlfriend called 911. They came and took me to the hospital 1 hour ago i am home everythings fine. My girlfriend rode with me in the ambulance to there she told them i might be pregnant so they did a blood test and a sonogram when i woke up i said where am i my girlfriend said your at the hospital and good news your pregnant. I said oh f****en great you told them i might be pregnant thank you alot i love you so much baby girl. The doctors came in and said your awake. I said whats the sex of the baby and they said the twins are girls. Then i said twins how the heck could this be? They said it just is and whos the father i said my exboyfriend but he moved out of state when his parents died both of his sisters went there to? I don't know what state though? Plus i live with my girlfriend and her parents after my parents kicked me out for dating a female and i learned they moved without telling me or the rest of the family my sisters and bothers are with my aunt she was the last person to see them she said to me she asked them where were they going? They would not tell her she said to me and i got very upset i guess thats why i passed out no i was drinking alcohol.
