I have been suffering from Nausia mainly at night before I go to bed for the past 3 months. This also used to happen to me when I was young though I am now 25 and It has only come back now. It seems as though it is a psychological thing but I am not sure, I havn't been through any trauma.

During the day it is very mild and only occassional, it's not every day. I don't drink alot of water or fluids during the day, could this be the cause?
I have also recently been diagnosed with Chronic Urticaria. I am waiting for the Blood Test results to see weather I have an Auto Immune desease. I don't have any other symptoms but occassional nausia at night. It occurs about 3 out of 7 nights per week, I find that if I sip water for 1/2 hour it goes away.??? I asked the specialist If my nausia could have something to do with the Auto Immune condition I may have and he said no. Can you please give me your input as it is very uncomfortable and Inconvenient. Thankyou

I have night time nausia as well. But I drink lots of water.
I really don't know what to do. It makes me feel so bad that sometimes I find it hard to sleep. I feel it during the day too, though not as often as I do at night. What can this be?

I used to feel like this almost every night. I discovered that i had allergies, and once i cut them out of my diet, i was alot better.
If you avoid food after 8 or 9pm, and sleep with your head and shoulders raised a bit, this might help.

I am considering getting on anti nausia prenatal pills. Although i am not pregnant, I would think they would work if you are not pregnant.
