girl it's not fat.. you will never lose that bump. I have one and if i push on it there is bone right underneath a small layer of tissue, it means your pelvis is tilted forward not back so the bone protrudes out farther its not a bad thing, you will probably be able to give birth easier bc your pelvis is wider and tilted forward more. try wearing a bigger shirt for volleyball so its a little lower and might cover a little bit of the puff.

Wear a girdle, the tan kind they sell at walmart they have just the undies or ones that go from your thighs to under your bra that will smooth your tummy and the lower region. They are stretchy spandex and work great under dresses and clothes

I havent done anything yet and I'm really worried once he sees it he will say something or stop whatever we are doing coz its gross! What can I do? Will generally losing weight really get rid of it? Should I say anything to the guy before hand? %-) :'(

Hey I had the surgery and for the most part it went down but it is still there. You will probably have good days where you don't think it is noticeable and bad days where it is all you can see. I had the surgery 3 months ago and it came out to a total of about $4,000. You have to wear a compression garment for 24/7 for 3 weeks and then 12 hours a day for another 3 weeks. The swelling does not go all the way down for 6 months and you start to see results in the second month. The scars are minimal.
