I have the same issue, but I haven't been overweight before. I've always been an athlete so I have an athletic build. Even though I have this issue and am constantly self conscious about it, my boyfriend and friends aren't judgemental. I think I'm the only one who really even notices is. However, my boyfriend seems to enjoy the "extra cushion".

ladies, i dont understand what it looks like.do you mean you can see the 'shape' of it through your pants- no matter what kind?if thats a camel toe then wear pants with longer waists so the pants will give plenty of room for you.
