Hello,

I have been training 4-5 days a week for the last 9 weeks. My first 5K is tomorrow night. I have been completely injury free. I woke up this morning and can't bear any weight on my left heel. Seems like it might be plantar fasciitis. I'm so worried that I won't be able to run tomorrow. I have literally been crying all morning because I'm so disappointed! Any experience, advice?
