fissures on my tongue and the tip of my tongue is reddish i have a burning sensation on tongue

first when it showed i thought it is due to winter season. but nopw it is continuous feeling .even i have doubt whether it is due to stomsch problems.as i have a history of severe acidity. but now i control by avoiding certain foods .still the burning sensation is there troughout.and the fissures are the same.
