I am 55 years old, male. I need a help to find medicine for muscle relaxation. I heard about flexaril, but I am not sure if it’s otc drug. I need relieve from muscle spasms and pain. Do you have any suggestions?
Flexeril is prescribed medicine, not otc. It is used to relieve muscle pain and spasms resulting from injuries. This drug should be used no longer than 3 weeks. Side effect is drowsiness, so it is recommended to avoid driving during therapy. Flexeril is not substitute for rest or physical therapy.
