Im a 27 year old doctor of one of the largest hospitals and Atlanta, U.S.A. I practise in teaching teenagers about their bodies and how they form. A young client of mine has asked a question that me, myself can not answer as I am a woman. The boy asked "at what age will my foreskin foldback over the head of my penis when I get an erection". I had no idea and did not answer his question. He is coming for another check up in six days and hopefully I may know the answer. Not a doctor but can maybe help.
How old are you now?
Your size when soft really doesn't mean anything the erect size is what most guys are concerned about.
There is no way to make it grow there are lots of scams that claim their product will but there is no truth to what they claim.
Everyone grows and develops at different rates and times and most likely all you need is more time to develop.
It is unfortunate you get bullied because of this but maybe if you were to ask them why they are so interested in your penis it may shut them up if they are guys.
It sounds like you are developing just as you should be you just need more time for your penis to grow.
