I tried to remove my smega but pulled my fore skin back to much i was scared this will happen plz help me What should i do?!?! im si scared!!! im 14 years old so i dont wanna go to the doctor ! or tell my parents!! HELP!!!

It should go back on it's own. It may be a bit swollen at first.
If it is very tight and swollen then you may need to tell your parents. Look up paraphimosis, it's when the foreskin get stuck and cuts off blood flow to parts of the penis. Not trying to scare you, just so you know.
You can also try applying "cold" to "shrink" things or take a cold shower.
