foul smelling periods like feces

Over the last 4 months i have been experiencing foul smelling periods, i don't usually have a smell from my vagina but every period i get a foul smell similar to feces. The smell lasts for upto 4 days after my period, and i usually have to douche to remove the smell.

Ive done heaps of research online and found similar symptons to Endometritis and vagina rectal fistula, i'm hoping its neither of these diseases !! from the symptons ive read with the above two diseases its similar however my symptons only present when i get my period, im very confused. Ive never had any children either.

Is there any explanation to my periods smelling like feces other than it being Endometritis or vagina rectal fistula ???
