Hi, I'm 18 years old. My last period ended December 7, 2008. Me and my boyfriend had sex on the 11th and then on the 16 I noticed some red spots when I used the bathroom, they weren't really heavy, but were a nice shade of red. I took about four pregnancy tests in March they all said negative. I only took about two of them in the morning.

I first got my period 2 years ago and was regular from June 2008 all the way through December.

As far as I know he hasn't ejaculated inside me, but he has gotten very close alot of times. (We've been having sex since April 2008.) He always pulls out and as soon as he does he automatically gets there.

Now I've been feeling tired all the time, and full and bloated. When i'm at school sitting down I sometimes feel like my upper abdomen (around my ribs) is pulsating. My back aches alot and sometimes I just get this urge to rip open my rib cage cage because it feels like something is crawing in them.

Can someone please help?
