After 4 weeks or so, I feel like it was fully healed. I definitely have hard aggressive sex. The results were great. Perhaps they should issue some more explicit post-op care to ensure optimum healing. How'd it go the second time around?

How much did it cost?

Hi. Can I just ask how long you had to wait on the NHS to have yours done?

I had this done 9 months ago because it was very tight when retracting the foreskin but I'm paronoid I lost sensation, what is your experience with the senses there now?

I agree with you on this, I had this done 9 months ago and although it helped my problem it was a quick fix. I think stretching it would have been a better option first(obviously) My foreskin is actually to loose now. I was stupid and didn't really re search before hand just knew I wasn't being circumcised so I was happy. I now know there are many stretching devices out there such as rings etc similar to stretching ear lope. I wish I didn't rush into the surgery but I was in a relationship and wanted it fixed quickly. Don't jump into this if are not 100% sure but if you really need to get it done it will help your problem.

I'm trying to figure out how it can be too loose. I have a self done frenulum removal and mine's just right. Mine simply tore several times until it's no longer there. My foreskin can be pulled all the way back to where the tip is at the base of the shaft with no tightness at all. It slides up and down with no restrictions at all, nice and comfortable and the great feeling of the inner foreskin being stretched is there with no pain. How much better could it be? I have no visible frenulum. I was about 26 when the tearing happened so that was at least 15 years of masturbating and pulling it back as tight as I could stand and it never stretched a bit. Finally it just tore.
Can you explain too loose?

Hey,
Had this done like 3 or 4 years ago.
Honestly, there's more sensation now than before.
None of the sensations I had before the procedure disappeared; with the new surface area exposed, there's more sensation at the site of the procedure. The scar area gives me absolutely wildly amazing sensations when it gets licked, when masturbating, sex, etc.

There are many in the LA area - Dr. Pugash in Manhattan Beach is one. Check him out on the internet if you still need this operation.

Hey I constantly have very sore frenulum very red. I believe it is becuase my frenulum is tight. I was thinking about having the frenulum removed but not the foreskin. How does this affect sex? What about the foreskin as it has nothing to pull it down? I have lots of questions as it is so hard to find info online. Having my frenulum extended won't help me I believe at my frenulum is always red and painful and never heals.

You don't need a frenulum to make your foreskin stay in place. Having a foreskin that will easily go all the way back during sex is a real plus. The inner foreskin is stretch sensitive meaning it gives you a very pleasureful feeling as it is pulled back, probably as much as you get from rubbing the head but different. If you have a short frenulum you never get to enjoy that because the frenulum will not allow your foreskin to slide back to the point where it gets stretched. The problem with having it removed is that many doctors don't do it properly so that it is completely removed or at least cut so it does not stop your foreskin from going all the way back without pulling on the frenulum.

Ok but then without the frenulum how does the foreskin roll back over the head after an erection or any shrinkage without a frenulum. Also can they totally removed the frenulum like I don't want any of it left because it is so some could still caused pain. I know its a major pleasure centre but for me over the last 2 year just been a major source of pain.

I thought I answered you a couple hours ago but I guess it didn't go. The foreskin goes back in place naturally without a frenulum. Mine does anyway. Me too, it always hurt when my foreskin got pulled too far back. Some say it stretches with time but mine wasn't willing to stretch at all and it just hurt when it had tension on it. When I would have been interested in having it cut that was not an option. No one would have asked a doctor to do that, he would have thought you were nuts and you might have ended up being some place unpleasant. Having the internet where we discuss it has made a huge difference in what people consider OK.
Mine tore by itself soon after I was married. The first time I did nothing and when it healed there was a lump of scar tissue where the torn ends went back together. The next time and each time thereafter I put a piece of toilet paper in the cut so it couldn't become reattached. After a few times it was like there had never been anything there. I have no scar tissue and it doesn't pull at all when I retract all the way as tight as I can pull it. That's where the problem is when getting a doctor to cut it, they don't seem to understand that you need it to be cut in a way that gets rid of it or lets it lengthen so it's no longer a restriction. I feel if you can find a female doctor to do it she might listen to what you want as opposed to a male who will likely do it his way no matter how you try to explain it to him.

Hey njoynlife

Thanks for you response to these questions

Hey I constantly have very sore frenulum very red............. and
Ok but then without the frenulum how does the foreskin...........

I have gone through all the channels and the only thing that is wrong with me in a short frenulum which unfortunately has become too red and swollen to every heal properly.

I don't have any skin condition.

I will be attending a urologist and getting a frenulectomy done. Not a circumsision or frenuplasty.

There is so little info however about how not having a frenulum with affect my penis. I mean so during sex with my foreskin move freely over my penis and then afterward will things go nicely back into place.

Will I forever have to pull my foreskin over my penis during normal activities or will it sit nicely in place.

I thort the whole point of the frenulum was to retract and detract the foreskin to keep the penis protected am I wrong

Etc etc etc.

I know these seem stupid questions but I am quite worried about the future but really don't want a full circumcsision either.

Having no frenulum is the best because it's really nice to have your foreskin slide back easily and completely. There is no problem with that, it will go back in place all by itself. Forward covering the head is it's natural position and it goes there naturally. I can't think of any downside to getting rid of the frenulum.
