Started having a sharp kind of shooting pain in my vagina just when I finish urinating, having to pee quite frequently, feel like im full and like I've just gone toilet but then I'm busting again, lower back is achy (and kind of my hips too)... anyone know what this might be??
Hi Dancegrlnz! I think I know the pain that you are going through. It happens to me too, twice a year! It feels just like there are small pieces of glass in my urine and it hurts like hell. When it happens I always run to my gynecologist, he gives me some pills and after a couple of days I'm better. But recently I read an article about how much antibiotics we take over a year and how dangerous it is, so I looked for an alternative cure. I remembered my grandmother recommending me a bearberry tee (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi folium) and it worked for me. So I strongly recommend you to try it before taking any antibiotics. One more thing, if you decide to try it you need to drink at least one liter per day, naturally, you will urinate more than usually , but that's the way to get rid of all the bacteria.
