Everytime I get my period, I always put on about five pounds. I always loose it as soon as my period ends, but only because I diet for about a week and a half to loose it, but I'm tired of having to do this every 28 days! Is this normal?, and is there anything I can do or eat to change this? I'm very frustrated.
yes it is normal. I gain 5lbs ago during my period and lose it right afterward. A womens body usually store tuns of water before your period. have you noticed you go to the bathroom much more during the week following? your body will naturally rid itself of the extra water.
