I was pretty much inactive during the last 2 years but i have decided to get back in shape. Now i am not really sure if should just start running or cycling or just walking for the beginning?

I do realize i need to build my endurance throughout time , and that it does take time to do it. I am really motivated because i am sick of being lazy or for example when my lungs want to burst out my chest if i climb 2 flights of stairs lol. So what should i do for a start? Thx!

Ok I don't know how old are you but first man is too take it slow and work you way up. You can take a fitness class but I wouldn't. Just take it slow. Walking outside is perfect to get the nice fresh air into your lungs. Your heart must be surrounded with fat. To loose weight is by running sprint then break sprint then break or you do a nice pace of jogging you don't have to go fast but you should motivate yourself. Go with a friend is nice or you. A log journey or listen to music while jogging. After jogging put one leg on the ground and then stick your leg in the air then tell someone to help you and push the leg foward or the way it goes towards your head to get the pastiche acid out of u if u don't well that might hurt in sorry spelling mistake lastic acid and then last muscle. You can gain muscle in arm by using the weight your conftable with for maybe a week then go a little heavier then few days then next and next and next. You will get your strength by doing this drink a gallon of water a day. Eat healthy and you need sleep for this go to bed at least 10 pm. No fast food.
