I have been having perimenopause for years now and had a period about 3 months ago and am wondering is there a way to increase eggs for fertilization AND is there a test or place I can go to see if I still have a good egg count... thanks!

You should speak to a fertility specialist. You'll need a full exam.
Don't delay. It's much easier if you are still ovulating.
