Ive had those lil **** since i was around 13 and im now 23. first time i went to the docs was when i was 16 so all kinds of sh*t was going through my head when they first appeared but the doc said they were normal so i took his word for it. i would definately say its a mental thing and if ur worried about what girls will think then rmbr this 'if a girl is clued up, respectful and decent then she will probably be clued up about whats a no no and whats a go go when it comes to the penis situation and this is the kinda girl you want to get with. if shes not clued up, disrespectful and doesnt know the difference between a no no and a go go then leave that s***k w**** alone. I am 20 years old now and i have had Fordyce spots for aslong as i can remember. When i was 16-17 i decided it was best to go to the Doctor who told me that everything would be fine and they would eventually clear within time.
Unfortunately they have not cleared and they truely do effect your confidence. If i was to get in contact with my doctor again and explained my situation would they considering recommending laser treatment?
I feel this is the only real way i will ever get over these spots.

Apparentley you can get rid of the mcompletely with a co2 laser,it goes over them 2-3 times and they dissaper forever.

Wow, lots of info here, for ages I thought I had PPP, but now I reckon its Fordyce. Not really much of a step up, but the good news is I have a large stockpile of old acne pills which Ive started up on again, and some cream aswell. Gonna give that a shot, and if nothing, gonna talk to my doctor, he's used to me being able to tell him anything anyway.
And I dont think this is the type of thing friends talk about because they think it isnt normal. Schools are more obsessed with teaching you how your penis can drop off if you dont use a condom than spending 5 minutes explaining that you're perfectly normal ! :/

Just today i was looking around wikipedia and found a picture that showed almost exactly what i had. i was really relieved but still wondered if there was a way to get rid of them. now i know it may take a couple of years, but still, i can live with it.
