So i turned 14 yesterday and the day before that i noticed that there was brown stuff in my underwear, i assumed it was poo and was a little grossed out but figured it was fine. I haven't gotten my period yet, my mom didn't until she was 14 and 1/2 so i'm not worried, but i was reading up on it and i think it might be my period. I don't feel ready to tell my mom and i don't even know if that's what it is, can anyone help?
