Same thing happened with me. I've inserted Lacrosse balls. Then, I tried cue balls and that worked. I slid them right in and they come out without a problem. I've done only 2. Once I did 4 golf balls and the 4th didn't want to come out. After a bit of bearing down, it decided to co.e out.
