Grandson passes out and complains of headaches.

I have a 7 year old grandson that complains of headaches and passes out at least 4 to 5 times a year. He also has a heart murmur. We took him to the hospital they found nothing. It is not normal for a 7 year old boy to be complaining of headaches and sometimes passes out. Please help.
