I have query thet i am planning to join cardiovascular exercises at the gym only for about a month to loose weight so after leaving it will i put on weight or is it just a myth

Well, it's definitely not a myth. If you go to the gym and do cardio exercises all the time you are going to definitely lose weight. But, you have to be careful about what you eat though.
Do you have any nutrition plan or something like that? And one month might to be not enough time. Depends really on how much weight do you want to lose?
