If you had withdrawal bleeding on 12 July, then you would not expect a period yet. I would guess at possibly 9th August (28 days after bleeding) but it could as easily be +/- 7 days.
A blood test today should give the assurance you want. However, the longer you wait, the higher the hCG levels would be if you were pregnant, so any tests have a much stronger chance to identify any hCG.
I'll try to be available, but it might be better to use the private message facility as I will be busy over the next few weeks.
I would not be surprised if you did not get your periods before you go to Dubai.
Where are you from?
I thought maybe India. We cannot give out email addresses in public. It is against SteadyHealth's rules, and for our safety. Online safety is one of SH's concerns. But signing up is easy. You would then need to make two or three public posts. We can then message in private.
As I said in an earlier post a couple of days ago:

I don't know why you feel like vomiting. There could be all sorts of reasons, including stress.
If the tests are done properly they should be absolutely reliable. Of course, human error can come into any process, but I would not think that to be likely. Your home test would have been reliable (if you did it properly), and a blood test should confirm that result.
Why don't you want to sign up? It's the safest way to make a contact. You don't have to use your real name as your username, and whatever message you send to me will be private. Your public posts can be anywhere on this site, not necessarily this topic, so you would be safer than giving out your email ID in public which could be seen by anyone.
