I presume by 'MC' you meant Monthly Period. EC can often delay a period, but you have not given any dates as to what happened and when, nor details of her cycle history this year, or when she was expecting her next period to start.

If her next period is due 15-17 August (how did you calculate that?), then 28 July might have been a fertile day. EC pills taken within 24 hours are very likely to be successful. They work by trying to prevent ovulation, or to prevent fertilisation, or to prevent implantation. The impact on the cycle differs, and bleeding can occur any day after taking I-pill. There is no fixed rule it may take 10 days or more. Furthermore, EC can change the bleeding amount and cycle for one or two months.

(she did not take the ipill) after that her MC came on 22nd july.. then we had sex on 29th july evening.. and she took the ipill on 31st july morning... and on 7 August she got bleeding.. i googled this thing, i came up with two things, either this is effect of ipill or it is effect of implantation bleeding. we need to be sure what is this.. If her period started 22 July, then she is not likely to have been fertile 21 July or 29 July (assuming a 28-day+ cycle). Bleeding 7 days after i-pill is likely to be withdrawal bleeding, the effect of the EC. If she has a 21-day cycle, then it is possible that 29 July could have been Ovulation Day, in which case 7 August could have been Implantation Day. If that were the case, a test taken after 12 July should be reliable

If bleeding not occurs after 7-10 days..then wt to do...its around 12 days no bleeding & no sideeffects..
You haven't given much detail! Depending on the circumstances, it might be later than 12 days. But you haven't said what happened on what dates, nor any period history.

If you took the ipill, it has probably worked. But you have not given actual dates, nor any details about your menstrual cycle.
