If you have taken a test and it is negative, then as it is more than 3 weeks after you had sex, then it should be reliable.

Your period will come in time, but it is not possible to say exactly when as you took the i-pill, and you might be young.
You took the i-pill (probably unnecessarily) and then had some bleeding on 5 Jan, so you should not expect your period to start on the usual date. The i-pill has changed your cycle. It is a hormone pill, and so will have prevented ovulation. That means you cannot know when your next period (and maybe the one following that) will start. It is the result of taking the i-pill.
You haven't told me how old you are.
You should not need to worry about pregnancy. Your period will come eventually.

Sorry, I didn't understand what you sad in that post. You said you have been taking some medicine to make your periods come quicker. What is the name of the medicine are you taking? What does it say on the instruction leaflet?

- The fourth day after your period starts would not likely be a fertile day.
- Taking the i-pill within an hour of sex should be effective in preventing ovulation.
- There is, therefore, no chance of pregnancy.
- The i-pill affects the menstrual cycle and it is not possible to predict with any certainty when your period will start. You may not get one for another couple of weeks, or it may come soon, or you may miss a period.
