Had light period, then normal one.. but bloating and feeling

So here's the deal. I have been on birth control for a few months. But while I was taking this bc, I was also taking antibiotics for acne. My boyfriend and I had sex (my first time...) the day before I was supposed to get my period (no condom, he came inside of me). I bled a little and then the bleeding continued for about 3 days making me think I was just getting my period. It was however, really light and ended up being dark brown/pinkish the last day??

I proceeded to get my period the following month and it was fairly normal. However, I have been experiencing dizziness, abdominal bloating and indigestion for the past few weeks. Based on when I had sex (just twice.. he lives far away ha), I would be about 6-7 weeks pregnant if I am.

I've had three negative hpts. But what could explain the symptoms??? Am I just freaking out? I am going to see the doctor in about a week to settle this but I still would like to hear some advice/interpretation.
