I have noticed a few weeks ago i have painless
tiny red spots on the head of my penis (under foreskin)
i assumed they would go but they havnt. I foolishly had
sex without a condom (while i still have these spots).
Could i be in danger of an STD? Or could the woman i had sex with?
If so, what kind of Std? and how can i treat it?

Keep your head clean and wash under the foreskin.
You should probably use a condom every time, just to be sure.
You may find this is a minor irritation and will go away.
But if you're really concerned, you could visit your GP and show them.
They've seen it all, and will probably be able to advise you quickly.
