I am fourteen and I can only pull back my foreskin on one half of my penis because the other side is connected to the head. Please help as I am worried and don't know if this is normal.

Yes, it's very normal. Your foreskin is separating from the glans. By about age 16 it should be complete.
Normal erections and masturbation can help speed it up. Don't force it. It can tear and leave a scar.
