I ask beacause I am eperiencing many of the syptoms of pregnancy. I have sore breasts, headaches, backaches, nausa, dizziness, and feel worn out. My stomach has gotten slighty bigger, rounder and harder and a friend commented that I look slightly pregnant. I have had a negative urine and blood pregnancy test and was sent for a general stomach and pelvic ultra-sound which showed an ovarian cyst and I was wondering that because I have all these symptoms could I be pregnant and the cyst be a fetus? Could someone please help figure out what is going on with me?
