Has anyone had heavy implantation bleeding?

It is definitely positive to have heavy implantation bleeding, especially if it's not your first child.  I had  some bleeding with my son. I bled for 3 months and it was like a normal period but only lasted 2 days.  I took so many pregnancy tests and they came up neg. So finally the 3rd month I still had a feeling something wasn't right, so I took a digital test and it was positive. So when I spoke with my dr about why I was bleeding and why it took 3 months for me to have a positive test, she told me that there wasn't enough HGC in my body to have a positive test and therefore my body kept shedding lining for a while. My son was born 6 months later perfectly healthy. With my 2nd pregnancy, I also had bleeding for 2 months. I again had lost of neg tests. Finally again 2 months of being pregnant I had a positive test. So if you have heavy bleeding and you have a suspicion ,they say to test twice a week. So test on Mon and then test on Fri. If still neg and you aren't convinced wait until the nest week and test on Mon and Fri again. Hope this helps!

@TurtleLove- Aww dear! I know how that feels! *huggs* Im in the same boat as you now and its getting too hard to ignore. I consciously tried to stay away from all pregnancy forums and tried to frget about it, letting AF happen when it should, but then here i am now:-/

I was supp to be having my 2nd AF too by now but still no signs whatsoever! On Cd67 today and im soo done with the waiting! I have the slightly diff cm too like you - extremely stretchy, sorry tmi- clear snotty kinda with no smell/burn/itch. And the funny thing is i dont have any nausea, just the fatigue, occasional v mild cramping and headaches, extremely sore nipples, bloating, super thirsty and im eating like a monster:( the DH noticed too coz im someone with a reallly tiny appetite! and now im having to eat every 2-3 hrs else it gets so unbeareable! Im still holding out on the testing coz i dont think i can handle another bfn:( Still pinning my hopes on the fact that some women dont get thier positives until very late. Hope all this waiting turns out great for us! *hugs*

So glad I found this thread, my husband and I had unprotected sex on the 24th and 25th of February, my last period was Feb 7-11th. I have A 34 day fact,e. My af was expected yesterday and hadn't shown any sign of coming all day (which I always wake up to its friendly arrival every month first thing the day it is expected) I have felt physically and mentally pregnant since the first week in march, in fact, my husband was even certain I was pregnant, well with af not being present when I woke up yesterday I had high high hopes that we lucked out ttc this time (our last child took 2 yrs trying to conceive), well around 6 pm I went to the bathroom and wiped and saw blood and clear mucus, but then nothing more the rest of the day and night, not even when I wiped again. But then today I have A very very light flow. So light that a panty liner was way more than enough to catch it. (Which panty liners never EVER work for me, I literally have no light days normally at all) so all of this is so strange and emotionally frustrating because we were so convinced I got pregnant. Also btw, I took a test yesterday before the wiping incident and it was negative. :( what is up??? I am going insane.

my husband & I have been TTC for 3 months now. I have a 28 day cycle, and af is always right on time. Saturday morning when I woke up I noticed a very light spotting.  This will be my 3rd day spotting, and I was supposed to start today. This is not like my regular period at all. I am having mild cramping and spotting enough to where I need a liner.  Most things I've read, say that implantation bleeding occurs a week or so before your period.  Is it possible that I could be pregnant? Could implantation bleeding occur so close to my regular period.  I took a test Sunday & it was negative. Is my cycle just being weird this month? This is driving me crazy....

hi everyone, just wanted to update on my situation, got a bfn and af came a couple of days ago, my last cycle must have just been light for some reason and it seems to have reset itself, maybe my body is still adjusting to coming off the pill. will come back when I get a bfp :) hope it works out well for all of you

Hi sorry to bother you on an old post but whj you had your bleed two weeks after your period was it just the one day no change in cm color or bloody ewcm a couple days prior to that.I only ask because that is what happen to me a couple weeks ago. 4 dpo very light pink cm 5 and 6 bloody ewcm then 7 dpo a medium flow then ewcm for a day then nothing. Between then and now 13 days after missed period I would be about 5 weeks or so,I have had 10 negative hpt all with fmu. I feel pregnant every symptom I'm the book but no positive test. How did you deal with the not knowing for so long? Any input and our advice you can give to me would be greatly appreciated... SiDonna

Hi, I had had my period the 5/03/13 and yestoday 21/3/13 I bled a little and today 22/3/13 I've bled alot and had some clots init I've had tiny cramps but not major I've recently came off the contraceptive pill but I'm not sure what this means help please!!

With all 3 pregnancies I had what I thought was a period and they were a few days before and I would have heavy bleeding for 24 to 32 hours before it stopped. So I would digest waiting it out bc stress over the possibility of being preg could actually be beading a delay in your period or could cause your body to believe it is and show symptoms

my husband and I are trying for our first, I got off the pill feb 23, the next night I started bleeding (I assumed it was withdrawal bleeding??) it only lasted 3 days. I ovulated march 13th we tried that whole week I was ovulating, well yesterday march 26th I started spotting a brown light pink. Well today it's about the same very very light except when I go to the bathroom ito heavier with a few clots (sorry tmi). I'm just wondering if it could be implantation bleeding or if its my period starting??  

 

Oh and before I got off the pill my last period was feb 2nd 

Hi Guest! Could you please use a username to make it easier to address you? Getting off the pill just recently in late Feb makes it difficult to say! Definitely wish the best for you. It's easy to pay attention to every symptom and many of us have developed "chemical pregnancies" Even now I have no idea what to think. I had a normal flow two weeks ago, all last week I had terrible sinus headaches (which I never had in my life) and yesterday I had light light brown/pink cm. (only when I wiped though) I haven't been paying close attention to much lately and decided to wait another month to test. Also been taking folic acid which is (according to research) /the/ thing to do when TTC! Have you taken another hpt?!

Ti-just want to throw the thought out to you..when women are ovulating (two weeks after period/two weeks before new period) cramping can occur in addition to some spotting. Your hormones are increasing, waiting and preparing for fertilization, so that could explain the headaches.

Hi All! So I went in for the blood test on Cd79 and AF had to show up full force on the way back home. Not sure what went wrong:( the test came out negative too and the Dr didnt seem too concerned coz I had already had AF by the time I saw her. She couldnt say what else could be wrong since ive had all tests just 3-4 months before starting to TTC. She just said it happens sometimes! I mean i cant fathom how suddenly I miss 2 periods in a row which i have'nt since I was a teenager. Hate how AF messes with you, just when you start TTC! Anyway its back to trying again for us.
