I am 27 and have been on hormones for a few months now because I am having horrible moodswings 3 weeks before my cycle. I have a Novasure procedure scheduled in two weeks. I have not seen anyone write about having it done just for hormones. My cycles have gotten alot heavier, but are not ike most womens i have read about. I would love to hear from anyne who had it done for hormones and if it worked. Thank you very much in advance.

Hi, I had the Novasure done April, 2011. My worst problem was severe anemia from heavy bleeding, but also horrible PMS!! Since the procedure, along with no period, also NO PMS! I am very happy as is my husband!! Haha!! I noticed you are only 27, you do know this is not reversible so that you can not have children after this? Good Luck!
