If you're of color (like I'm hispanic, so I'm of a brown type color) you can get darkish spots in the areas you shave. Most of the time, they're ingrown hairs, or cuts, from shaving that heal up to a scab.
I used to get them a lot when I shaved and still do but found some things to help.
When you shave your area, use actual shaving cream. They have ones especially for moisturizing, and that should be used because that are is very sensitive.
Also, when I'm done I use baby oil, or coconut oil. I rub it on there and it helps with razor burn (which is also what those spots could be)
So try these things out, mainly it's good to stay moisturized and not dry shave.
