in the last couple of day i have pain in my right testical it hurt if i touch it and even when i try to examing it and i get discomfort when moving around,and i looked in the mirror and the right testical seem larger that my left it look as if it swelling and i dont know what it is and my lower back very sore. thank u for reading
It would be best if you saw a doc. All the symptoms are appointing to the bacterial infection, the pain, the swelling, etc
It may even be kidney stones that are trying to get out because it is usually them which cause both pain in the lower back or groins and testicles.

You will be probably given an antibiotic to take and this usually clears the infection (if it is an infection). If you don’t have bacterial infection treated, it may progress, it may cause infertility, it may go up as far as the kidneys and impair kidney functioning. You wouldn’t want that, believe me.
