I have a cyst on the left side of my face on my cheek, it is the size of a quarter it's really red/purple. It hurts I've tried ice and heat neither of them does anything. I don't have acne so I don't think it's an acne cyst. If I go to the dr would they have to cut it out or just use antibiotics? I've had it almost 2 weeks and the whole side of my face is swollen
