I take a very low dose of adderall (5-10mg) on occasion when I am studying and need to focus. I usually take it in the morning and it starts to wear off in the early evening. Would it be safe to have a drink at night when I go out after studying? I’ve read so many articles about the dangers of adderall and alcohol and I know it wouldn’t be a wise choice to consume alcohol while on the drug. But how long should I wait? How long does one dose (10mg) stay in your system?
When I was first rx'd Adderall the nurse told me that it has about a 6 hour life span. I was taking one in the early morning and I could feel it wearing off about 1pm or so and I would take another. I would say to only have a drink if you haven't had any that day, just to be on the safe side. I never drank with mine because I took it twice a day.
Same with me I take one 10mg in the morning and then one at 2pm I work Monday through Friday it is Saturday I have some things to do this morning I want to take. One 10mg now but don't take my second dose would it be safe to drink tonight
