Having hot flashes feeling very uncomfortable

You should probably go see a doctor. If you are in pain it's worth getting it checked out even if it turns out to be nothing wrong at least you will know. :)

You dont say how old you are. I am asuming you are at menapausal age as the hot flushes. I have come across a site
that i thought was very interesting its called wellsprings health. The woman on them were having the same symptoms as me and although i have been going to the doctors for on and off for a year now. I am still having these symptoms and nothing has been done or helped. I am going to try this cream as i am at my wits end. I know it is my hormones but my doctors have prescribes HRT which i took for a few months but gave me terrable megrain when i stopped taken in the 6 days off. The HRT did not help with the symptoms either. Still felt bloted still had megrains still felt awfull still had no sexual desire still had nausia. The nausia is the worst. I also get sore breasts and have lower back pain.
