Once a day, at least once a day. I get this massive pain in my chest just above my right breast. It feel like I'm being stabbed. Soon after that starts the pain also shows up in my right side AND the right side of my back. It also starts to go to my arm. it lasts for about 20-30 mins each time. The first time it occurred I was sleeping and woke up to it. So far the most it has happened was twice in one day.

Any ideas of what it could possibly be?!
