Hello. My boyfriend and hi I had unprotected sex last night and he accidentally finished inside me . I take birth control but not always on time and sometimes even forget . I woke up this morning crampy. What are my chances of becoming pregnant ?
If you don't take BC regularly then it will not protect you. The chances of pregnancy depend where you are in your cycle and how long your cycles are. If you have say a 28 day cycle than there is a chance of pregnancy if you have sex anywhere from day 8 to 16 with typically the highest chance around day 11 to 14.
If ovulated today then it maybe too late as the egg could already be fertilised.
You will need to wait until you miss your period to take a HPT.
