Hi my husband and I were having an argument last weekend and when his mum tried to call him I picked up his phone to talk to her and he pushed me into the bed put his hands round my throat till I threw the phone away , he then put his hand on my face and shoved it hard back into the bed , I'm now scared to talk invade it makes his mad and we row again , any advice please
